The spiral steel pipe machine is used to manufacture spiral seam welded pipes, which can produce steel pipes of different diameters with the same width of strip steel, and produce steel pipes of the same diameter with different widths of strip steel. Spiral welded pipe machines (spiral steel pipe machines) are mainly front swing type and back swing type.

Spiral welded pipes are mainly used in petroleum, chemical and transportation industries. Its product feature is that the diameter-to-wall ratio is as high as 775, and its roundness is extremely poor. When there is no side support, it loses stability and becomes an elliptical shape, which brings great difficulties to forming, welding, cutting and transportation.
